CODICACLOUD PC, in the context of using the spotlink Application, may process the following categories of your personal data, depending on the form that will be filled out each time:
- personal information: name, surname, ID number, passport number, gender, age, nationality,
- contact details: contact telephone number, e-mail address (email), address, city, region, postal code and country,
- information you provide us to fulfill your special requests and wishes in relation to third-party businesses,
- any kind of personal data that you choose to share with us in order to better serve you and are filled in the free text fields, in the forms of the spotlink Application.
How we collect your data
The above personal data is collected directly from you from the information you provide us when filling out and submitting the respective contact form of the spotlink Application. Under no circumstances do we collect or process your personal data that has not been provided with your consent.
Why we collect your data
We use your personal data exclusively to fulfill our services to you, through the spotlink Application, and to provide you with the best possible service we promised you.
We keep your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the above purposes, for a maximum period of six (6) months, and in any case, until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
Measures and guarantees to protect the security of your data (security measures)
We take appropriate and suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data that is being processed.
We prevent unauthorized access to your data, while all our staff members are bound by confidentiality to ensure the privacy of your personal data.
We do not disclose or transmit your information to third parties except in the context of our contractual relationships with the cooperating Businesses (to which you are addressing yourself) and for the fulfillment of specific purposes. In any case, we ensure that all our partners, with whom we may share categories of your data, comply with the relevant data protection legislation and take, in turn, all necessary guarantees for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. Furthermore, we may exceptionally disclose your data to Judicial or Supervisory Authorities in the context of our compliance with a legal obligation.
Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data that we process. You can:
- withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any timerequest,
- information about the type of processing your data undergoes by us and have access to it,
- ask us to correct or update your data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete,
- request the complete and permanent deletion of your data from our files,
- request a restriction on the processing of your data, provided that the conditions set by the relevant legislation are met,
- request a copy of all or part of your data in a commonly used and machine-readable format.
We are committed to fulfilling your requests free of charge as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of their submission. This period may be extended for 60 days, depending on the complexity and the number of requests.
We inform you that you can also address your complaints and concerns regarding the use and protection of your personal data to the competent Personal Data Protection Authority.
Finally, we inform you that after the expiration of the period during which we keep your data in our database (maximum six months), you can address all requests, complaints and any concerns directly to the Business to which they relate.
